Rhino in Camp

We went looking for the elusive rhino.
It was back in camp though that we were very surprised to be visited by this huge rhino.
He just walked through camp providing us with an experience to be remembered.

Tree Lions

The Queen Elizabeth National Park has the unusual tree lions.
There were eleven lions up this tree when we visited. The females and younger lions were all resting in the cool away from the flies. Presumably the males were somewhere very near by.

Fishing fun

If fishing is what you are keen on then there are several places along the Nile River, and some lakes, where you can practice your skills.
It took all our energy landing this one, not to mention trying to lift it up.

Buffalo up close

A large and powerful animal it is easy to see why the buffalo is listed as one of the big 5.
Can be found in several locations, this one was seen in Queen Elizabeth National Park where it had just emerged from a mud wallow it had been sharing with many others.
